Move cat please

1:44 a.m. jeez louise I need to go to bed
some railroad tracks in front of an industrial building at night. sorry for not describing this better. its almost 2am here.
A train went through here recently. You can tell by its tracks.

So like the cat is sitting here and I would like for it to move and she probably will move if I close my laptop but she's not moving right now. well she's grooming herself so it's not like she's actually asleep. doesn't that mean I can make her move without guilt? The rule about not moving only applies if the animal is asleep or you really have to pee.
